As a Senior Director, I had the opportunity to work with Milica in the Radio Network Optimization Department, where she worked both as a Software Developer and a Radio Network Optimization Engineer. Milica stood out for her strong technical knowledge, initiative and genuine curiosity.

She helped me build a strong foundation in the project and introduced me to the key aspects of the IPTV and OTT services we provided for Telekom Srbija, including technical support for Verimatrix and Irdeto content protection solutions.

During our time working together, we were responsible for system maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and timely upgrades, ensuring that the systems remained stable and up to date. One of the most significant projects we successfully delivered together was the expansion and upgrade of the system for Telekom Srbija.

The project involved replacing the entire hardware infrastructure, preparing detailed network documentation including VLANs and IP addressing, installing and configuring operating systems on the servers, performing network configurations, and ensuring the necessary access for vendors to continue their work. We also carried out extensive testing after deploying the new system on the new infrastructure, including STB testing, as well as several overnight activities during which the new system was successfully brought into production and thoroughly tested.

Throughout the project, Milica demonstrated strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, responsibility, and the ability to work calmly and effectively even under demanding conditions. Her guidance and support were extremely valuable to me, especially during the early stages of my career.
